Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Los Carnales.
We currently ship orders within the United States. Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed. During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size, and available carrier options.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location and carrier service.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Los Carnales is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@loscarnales.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Los Carnales is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, mailroom, or delivery location first.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hola@loscarnales.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and do our best to make it right.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship internationally. We also reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be shipped due to carrier restrictions, address issues, or other fulfillment limitations.
